BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

The button takes you to the Castaways Charge Card Authorization Form.

1. Fill in Payer and Passenger Information. 

2. In Trip Details, first box, type "LifestyleLynx Group Trip" for 'Destination Resort'. No other information needs to be entered.

3. For Credit Card Details - Enter $1530.00 for 'Total Trip Cost', first line. On the second line enter $200.00. On the third line, select 'Deposit' from the drop-down list. Then enter your Credit Card Details.

4. Select one of the Insurance Options. If you select the first or second option, you will receive a quote from Castaways Travel.

5. If you want to add adjacent days, before and/or after to this reservation, just state the extra days in the "Additional Information or Request" box provided. The special discounted rate will apply to these additional days and you will receive an invoice accordingly.

6. Click the 'Send Payment Information' button at the very bottom of the form.
